A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Product Manager.
Full-time, Contract
Shift Information - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office
This role will support theOwned Brand (OB) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)technology team, sitting at the intersection ofbusiness, technology, and experience. The position focuses on enabling teams to understand and adopt bothexisting and emerging PLM capabilitiesthat enhance how we deliverProduct and Packaging Developmentacross Owned Brands.
This role will serve as akey point of contact for users, helping toanswer questions,provide guidance, andsupport user adoption.
Serve as aprimary point of contactfor users - answering questions, providing guidance, and supporting issue resolution.
Partner withProduct Managersto communicate updates, collect feedback, and ensure business needs are accurately reflected in PLM enhancements.
Develop and manageuser-facing materialssuch as release notes, training guides and communications to drive understanding and adoption.
Assist withlight product management activitiesincluding documenting requirements, validating functionality, and tracking enhancement requests.
Monitor and report onuser engagement and system adoptionto identify opportunities for improved training, communication, or process optimization.

Experience withOwned Brand PLMsystems is a plus.
~ Familiarity withApparel & Accessories, Home & Hardlines and Essentials & Beauty product and packaging developmentis a plus.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
