Perform specimen processing and handling duties with confidence, adhering to process excellence standards.

Excellent phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.

Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service skills to interact professionally and empathetically with patients.

Proficiency in keyboard and data entry tasks.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Minimum of 6 months of direct phlebotomy experience required; Phlebotomy certification preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.

Medical assistant or paramedic training is a plus.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Must be committed to punctuality and full shift coverage, with a professional attitude.
