Managing & Associate Attorney

A respected litigation-focused legal organization is seeking a motivated attorney to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of civil litigation matters, manage complex cases, and collaborate with experienced legal professionals in a client-centered environment.

Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents

Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues

Oversee discovery, including written discovery and document review

Develop and execute effective litigation strategies

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case management and business objectives

from an accredited law school

3 to 10 years of civil litigation and/or general liability defense experience

Active law license in good standing

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
