Outbound Sales Telemarketer

Are you a high-energy communicator looking to kickstart a sales career? DJV , a sister company of Career Now Brands, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in an in-person role at our vibrant office.

This is a phone-first, high-velocity sales position. This is a performance-driven sales role with strong earning potential. What You’ll Do (Inside Sales Focus)

Drive Outreach: Execute 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads who have already expressed interest

Qualify & Consult: Conduct meaningful sales conversations to understand the career goals of prospective students and driver candidates

Manage Pipelines: Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries to move prospects through the funnel to campus recruiters

Exceed Goals: Identify and cultivate new opportunities while consistently meeting performance targets

Sales Mindset: Comfort with sales-related activities and a drive to hit performance goals

Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using technology, including PCs, CRM platforms, and Google Suite

A steady, recent work history with excellent attendance for this Full-time in-person position

Background: High school diploma required (college preferred); Hourly pay plus bonus opportunities and unlimited commission potential. Weekends and all major holidays off
