Your New Role* Are you a passionate person who wants to deliver exceptional customer service? As a Home Care Specialist with Mira Home, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and their homes pest-free! We provide a fully equipped vehicle for travel between your home and job sites.
Field Independence: Enjoy the freedom of working solo in the field, knowing you have a supportive team behind you.
Great Earning Potential: Competitive base pay, performance bonuses, and commission opportunities.
No Experience: $18.00 per hour
1-2 Years Experience: $20.00 per hour
3+ Years Experience: $22.00 per hour
Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells
$1000 Sign-On Bonus - For licensed and currently registered technicians with MDARD
Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
