The Systems Engineer II role is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing Vuori's modern workplace technologies, with a focus on AI-enabled productivity, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure services. This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering and end-user productivity, driving adoption of automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable collaboration solutions.

Own and operate Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online
Design SharePoint architecture, governance, and collaboration standards
Integrate M365 with Azure platform services and APIs
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance - including the following
SharePoint
App integrations

5+ years of experience in systems engineering or M365 platform administration

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams
• Experience with Azure services and cloud integrations
• Familiarity with identity concepts (Entra ID, SSO, access control)
