Staffing SpecialistPeak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a Staffing Specialist for a facility in Manning, SC who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.The Staffing Specialist manages employees and staff while interacting with client operations, HR, and safety personnel to ensure all production goals are met in a safe and timely manner. Proactively searches for qualified job applicants for current or planned open positions. Identifies and screens candidates and conducts initial interviews via phone or online. Seeks new business opportunities to place candidates from the company’s database.Compensation and Benefits:$21-$23 hour plus commissions for procuring new businessWeekly pay periods every FridayPaid holidays AFTER 6 months of employmentPaid Vacation and approved time offMedical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance and Short-Term DisabilityCareer advancement opportunitiesEssential Functions:Builds and maintains a positive and productive relationship with clientInteracts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networksCrafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS textsCoordinates with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirementsAnalyzes resumes accuratelyIdentifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniquesInterviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.Completes employment reference checks on candidatesSchedules candidates for interviews with recruiters and hiring managersDevelops talent pipelines for future hiring needsMaintains an up-to-date and effective candidate databaseGenerates or identifies leads for new businessRequirements:Ability to lead and motivation to learnProven work experience recruiting, staffing sales, or similar role (1 year or more)Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)Solid verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skillsOutstanding time-management abilitiesAbility to work individually or on teams as requiredFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates and clientsHigh school diploma or equivalentNewbold Services is a leading staffing, recruiting and workforce management company.
