CREW MEMBER $11-$13/ hour + Tips average +$3/hour

Qualifications for the job:

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide high-quality customer service.

Key Competencies:

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Displaying an awesome personality, able to communicate effective with guests

Ability to appear for scheduled shifts and is a reliable performer

Experience is a plus and can include being a Crew Member at locations such as McDonald's, Culver's, Dunkin', Cousins Subs, Tropical Smoothie, Charleys Philly Steaks, Little Caesars Pizza, MOD Pizza, Wendy's etc, however this is not required as we will teach and train you the necessary skills to excel within our team.

Single-facing customer interaction

No fryer or drive-thru management

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and previous experience in a restaurant environment. The Crew Member will perform a variety of responsibilities, including preparing food, serving customers, and busing tables, and will be responsible for cleaning the restaurant after each shift.
