State Tested Nursing Assistant

Concord Care Center of Sandusky is seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team. As an STNA at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support, you will help our residents achieve their individualized care plans and promote their overall health and well-being.

Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Conduct vital signs, monitor resident health, and report changes to licensed staff

Support residents with mobility and ambulation, including transferring, walking, and using assistive devices

Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including ensuring proper infection control practices

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Demonstrate a commitment to customer service, actively listening to residents' concerns and needs, and communicating effectively with families and care team members

Hourly wage of $16 per hour

• Loyalty Bonus: $2 per hour
• Attendance Bonus: $2.00 per hour

Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio

No prior experience required; training provided

Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
