As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN at Cloverdale Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our patients and their families.
Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration

• Conduct initial patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and care

Current LPN license in the state of Alabama
Strong clinical skills, with attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams
