Both communities provide short term, long term and specialized services to individuals needing Skilled Nursing services and rehabilitation. These communities focus on providing quality care and dedicated service by striving to be better and different every day. As the Director of Human Resources at Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation and Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence. This position is essential for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our mission to provide loving care and quality service to our residents.
This position will have dedicated time at each facility weekly.
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee evaluation processes to ensure performance standards are met and exceeded.
Facilitate change management initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Utilize HRIS systems effectively to streamline HR operations and reporting.
Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic planning initiatives for workforce development.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Proven experience in a HR role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of ATS systems and HRIS technologies such as Kronos/UKG
Demonstrated ability in change management and strategic planning initiatives.
