We are a general dentistry practice located in Herndon, VA, blending experience with a fresh, patient-centered approach. Strong organizational and customer service skills
Delivering prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance and adjunctive therapies (fluoride, sealants, laser, arestin, etc.)
Providing pre and post-op instructions in patient-friendly language
Technical Skills: Taking diagnostic-quality radiographs and intraoral photographs
Performing local anesthesia when appropriate
Using digital systems such as iTero scans to educate on Invisalign and restorative needs
Supporting same-day treatment by identifying opportunities and communicating with the doctor and front office team
Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
Current Dental Hygienist licensure
At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
