Note: Candidates must have at least 1 year of directly relevant real estate law experience and be qualified to practice law in New York.

Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other real estate documents.
Review title matters and help identify and resolve issues affecting transactions.
Communicate directly with clients, lenders, title professionals, opposing counsel, and other transaction parties.
Provide practical legal guidance on real estate matters and transaction requirements.
Help deliver responsive, client-focused service throughout every stage of a transaction.
1+ year of directly relevant real estate law experience.

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Working knowledge of real estate transactions and related legal documents.
• Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Tonawanda, NY.
