Key Skill: Possess an acute eye for detail in vehicle presentation (both digital and physical) to maximize engagement, justify premium pricing, and ensure our vehicles stand out in crowded search results.
The Goal: Drive maximum organic traffic and conversion rates by creating an online experience as luxurious as our showroom.

The Luxury Sales Coach: Leading the Client Experience

You'll work the desk, guide your team through the luxury sales process, and personally assist in closing complex, high-value deals. You are the ultimate escalation point, ensuring every client interaction is handled with discretion, polish, and professionalism.
Coach, train, and mentor the sales team on the nuanced art of selling Italian performance—focusing on product passion, superior etiquette, and building long-term client loyalty that generates high referral and repeat business.

Experience: 3+ years in Automotive Sales Management/Desk Management, with proven, specialized experience in the luxury or high-line segment.
Documented track record of successfully buying pre-owned inventory directly from consumers and managing appraisal/purchasing strategies.
Tech Savvy: Expert level proficiency with dealership tools, including VAuto, CRM Software, and the digital merchandising lifecycle.
Luxury Mindset: Exceptional communication, integrity, and personal presentation suitable for representing two legendary European brands.
