Nurse Hospital Care - Surgery RN

Reston Hospital Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical Unit. In this role, you will provide comprehensive bedside care to adult patients with diverse medical and post‑surgical needs, including assessment, medication administration, wound care, and discharge planning. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to implement evidence‑based care plans, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition. RNs also educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, support quality and safety initiatives, and precept or mentor team members in our collaborative, patient‑first environment.
