Location: Fort Smith, AR

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–4:00pm; Friday, 7:30am–12:00pm

What You'll Do

Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients

Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing

Verify patient demographics and obtain signatures to ensure specimen accuracy

Maintain required records and documentation in compliance with procedures

Provide clear communication to patients, building trust and confidence

Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed

Travel to multiple locations and provide coverage with minimal notice

What We're Looking For

A current, up-to-date resume

High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

Phlebotomy certification preferred

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections

Prior experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Basic computer and data entry proficiency

Ability to meet compliance requirements (COVID and Flu, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB testing required)
