We're seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys being the go-to person who helps keep daily operations running smoothly.
If you're a strong communicator with excellent typing skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities, we'd love to hear from you!
Coordinate daily office operations and special projects with efficiency and accuracy
Serve as a primary point of communication for managers, employees, and clients
Perform data entry, document preparation, and general administrative support
Assist with scheduling, organization, and other office-related duties as needed
Strong typing and computer skills
Experience with an HRIS or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred
