Job Title: Project Manager
We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across our organization. If you thrive on aligning people and processes and enjoy delivering projects that drive real business outcomes, this could be the perfect fit.
You'll own the project life cycle-building detailed project plans, aligning resources, managing timelines and budgets, and driving results. This is an exciting role that allows you to learn key processes and technology systems in all areas of German American Bank while positively impacting project success and employee moral.
Travel Required: Up to 50% depending on your location in the German American footpring.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
PMP or similar project management certification.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Knowledge of financial systems, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
