Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Educate Patients and Families: Empower patients and their caregivers with knowledge about therapy techniques to support continued progress outside of sessions.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and adjust treatment plans when necessary to ensure patients remain aligned with their recovery goals.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Encouraged continuous education and additional certifications to enhance professional growth.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.

A genuine enthusiasm for supporting people and guiding them toward their highest level of autonomy.
