Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certificate required for this specialty nursing role
Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Provide patient and family-centered care from admission through discharge

Requirements:
Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred)
Valid and current Ohio Registered Nurse license
Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certificate (must have)
Current CPR certification
Previous registered nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and make independent clinical decisions
