Licensed Practical Nurse

Under the supervision of the program director, the Licensed Practical Nurse coordinates the medical management of participants' issues to optimize health.

Interprets medical information supplied by providers.

Coordinates medical services to facilitate intake physicals.

Monitors inventory of medical supplies and administers medication.

Reviews Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) system weekly along with for all new admits.

Reviews ePACES to determine participants' medical entitlements.

Medical/Dental/Prescription/Vision/Life Insurance; Credit Union; Short-and-Long-Term Disability; Generous Paid Vacations and Holidays

A minimum of two (2) years higher education with experience in working with the substance abuse/homeless population.

Must have an LPN license.

Computer skills required knowledge of AWARDS, Word, Excel and Outlook
