Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Perform respiratory therapy assessments and interventions for neonates and pediatric patients.
Administer therapies and monitor patient responses within the NICU.
Document patient care activities accurately in Epic.
Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care.
Participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season as needed.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience with neonates and pediatric patients.
NBRC and South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider licenses must be in hand at the start.
Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
Previous experience in a Level 1 Trauma, Magnet, and Teaching Hospital setting is advantageous.
