Credentials: Valid Indiana RDH license.
Experience: Open to all experience levels! We value being coachable and driven over years on a resume.
Software: Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required.
Personality: You are kind, smart, and motivated, but also enjoy a supportive, "no-drama" workplace.
Job Description
Perform standard hygiene procedures, including cleanings, exams, and periodontal therapy.
Educate patients on oral health and preventative care.
Collaborate with doctors and assistants to provide seamless patient experiences.
Maintain precise patient records (we use Eaglesoft).
Ensure a safe, sterile, and welcoming clinical environment.
