Position: Med/Surg Telemetry RN / Travel Nurse (Night Shift)
Location: Canton, Ohio (44708) - Ohio nursing jobs / travel nursing jobs in Canton, OH
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (June 26, 2026 - September 25, 2026)
Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm - 7:30am)
Unit: 2Main post-op surgery, Med/Surg Telemetry (post-op, telemetry monitoring)
Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Active Ohio RN license or active compact state RN license (Compact RN accepted)
COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Provide high-quality nursing care to post-op surgical and telemetry patients as a Telemetry Nurse / Med/Surg RN
promptly recognize and respond to telemetry changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, surgeons, therapists) to support optimal patient outcomes
Perform post-operative assessments, wound care, and patient education for discharge planning
Document patient care clearly and efficiently in the electronic health record
Participate in orientation, unit-specific competency assessments, and ongoing training
