Head of Finance (Full-Time)

Job Description We are seeking a Director of Finance You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch office.

Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and board reports.
Develop and monitor key financial KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and funding strategies to maintain organizational financial health.
Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term financial strategies and support business growth initiatives.
Supervise and mentor finance staff, ensuring efficient workflows, professional development, and accountability.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and transparency.
Implement and enhance financial systems, tools, and processes to drive operational efficiency and accuracy.
Provide risk analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations to anticipate and mitigate financial challenges

Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields
Knowledge of common banking practices
