Houseperson- Housekeeping (Temporary)

Tarantino Properties

800 Tower Apartments is currently seeking for a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resident's apartments and common areas as assigned.
Essential Functions:

Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas.
Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
Participates in annual cleaning schedules.
Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.
Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
Participates in energy awareness program.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements

~ A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements
Requirements:
Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs/ladders, reach, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. independently and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
Comfortable handling and mixing cleaning chemicals safely.
Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
