As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting a sense of dignity and respect.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide personal care and emotional support to residents, promoting a sense of comfort and well-being
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines
