Agricultural Service Engineer

Suffolk | Full-Time | Permanent

Up to £36,000 per year plus overtime and standby payments

This is a field-based Agricultural Service Engineer role working on a wide range of modern agricultural machinery. You’ll carry out servicing, diagnostics and repairs using both hands-on mechanical skills and laptop-based fault finding.

The role suits someone with land-based engineering experience who enjoys variety, responsibility and working directly with customers.

Service, maintain and repair agricultural machinery across the full product range

Diagnose faults using manufacturer diagnostic software and on-board systems

Carry out mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs

Participate in seasonal overtime and standby where required

Undertake ongoing manufacturer and technical training

Qualification or equivalent experience in Land-Based Engineering

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

Confident communicator with good customer‑facing ability

Willingness to work overtime during peak periods

Up to £36,000 basic salary with regular performance reviews

Regular overtime (paid on hours over 37.5 per week)
