Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated, people-focused, driven, and energetic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team at 5410 N 10th St, McAllen, TX 78504. Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates while building a strong talent pipeline

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and employee support

Partner with customers to understand staffing needs and match candidates to the right opportunities

Connect with Hiring Managers, customers, and applicants frequently to provide updates, follow up on assignments, and market candidates

Maintain accurate ATS notes, employee records, and hiring documentation

Support branch growth through networking, lead generation, candidate marketing, and customer outreach

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries

This includes, but is not limited to, compensation claims and workplace safety incidents

Participate in community outreach and company initiatives to spread our brand positively and connect with others

Ability to converse with and assist Spanish speakers

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems

Recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Ongoing training and development
