Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training

Monitor progress through data‑driven program adjustments

Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field

Active BCBA or BCBA‑D certification

2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
