Bartender/Server - Weekend Evenings

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You'll work closely with the bar team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service, consistency, and an elevated guest experience that reflects our brand values. Prepare and server alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
Maintain cleanliness in bar area and restaurant.
Collaborate with barbacks to assist with bar preparation.
Restock and replenish bar items as needed.
Assist with stocking bar, ensuring batches are always fresh, slicing garnishes.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.

*Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 2 years in a bartender role.
Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices.
Extensive liquor/wine knowledge; Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
