Role Overview
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members and coordinate patient care across departments, aligning with organizational standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the Med Surg unit during night shifts.

Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Current RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state or a compact licensure.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling tasks.
