Sales Associate We’re seeking a polished, customer-focused Sales Associate to join a luxury retail team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service, building client relationships, and contributing to a strong sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized, high-touch service to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling
Drive sales and consistently work toward individual and store goals
Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations
Maintain a polished and welcoming sales floor
Support visual merchandising and product replenishment
Assist with shipments, inventory, and stockroom organization
Support store opening and closing procedures as needed
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an elevated client experience
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Luxury, fashion, or premium retail experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and client-focused
- Professional, polished, and personable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
