Concierge/Front Desk - Evenings and Overnights

Concierge – Front Desk Operations

Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources (20%)

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or Equivalent. Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus.

Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi‑line phone systems.

Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Minimal travel required.
