Our client is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to support a portfolio of initiatives across enterprise collaboration, messaging, and infrastructure technologies. This individual will partner closely with leaders responsible for Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, database operations, and related enterprise platforms to drive strategic projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager who thrives in a fast-paced IT environment and enjoys working with both technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of keeping multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.

Manage multiple IT infrastructure and enterprise technology projects from initiation through execution.
Coordinate project activities across engineering teams, stakeholders, business units, and end users.
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, project status, and overall delivery progress.
Maintain project documentation, reporting, dashboards, and executive-level status presentations.
Partner with technical teams supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and related enterprise platforms.
Communicate project updates to leadership and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Support project planning, deployment coordination, user communications, and organizational change activities.
5+ years of IT Project Management experience in enterprise technology environments.

• Experience coordinating infrastructure, cloud, collaboration, or enterprise application projects.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and project delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience creating executive presentations, status reports, and project documentation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.

Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, or Power Platform initiatives.
Background working within large enterprise IT organizations.
Experience managing deployment, migration, infrastructure, or digital workplace projects.
The ideal candidate is a proactive project leader who can quickly establish credibility with technical teams, understands enterprise IT environments, and excels at driving projects forward. Rather than needing to be deeply hands-on technically, this individual should be comfortable speaking the language of technology, coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution.
