Plumbing Apprentices-Journeymen Plumbers

Job Title: Apprentice Plumber
We are seeking to hire six apprentice plumbers to join a rapidly growing team expanding their footprint in the Treasure Valley. Candidates should have experience in both commercial and residential plumbing, with a focus on new construction rather than service-oriented work. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience and hold a plumbing apprentice card.
Assist with the installation of plumbing systems for new construction projects, including large commercial/industrial buildings and new-build track homes.
Support the installation of water supply, drainage networks (DWV), and gas piping using materials such as PVC, PEX, CPVC, and copper.
Learn to interpret construction blueprints and piping schematics to efficiently route plumbing systems.
Job Site Prep & Maintenance: Transport materials, measure and cut pipes, dig trenches, and maintain a clean and organized job site.
Testing & Inspection: Collaborate with journeymen to test installed plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with local plumbing codes.
Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
Knowledge of new construction plumbing practices.
Understanding of installation and pipefitting techniques.
Possession of a plumbing apprentice card.
~1-3 years of relevant plumbing experience.

Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 4:30pm, with flexibility based on project requirements. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Meridian, ID.
