National Recruiter – Energy Sector

We are seeking a motivated and experienced National Recruiter specializing in contract and direct placements within the energy sector, encompassing oil & gas, commercial nuclear, renewables, and data center industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering, construction, and project management roles, with a proven ability to connect top talent with dynamic organizations.

Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for engineering, construction, and project management positions across the energy sector.
Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, project timelines, and specific skill requirements, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools within oil & gas, nuclear, renewables, and data centers.
Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through networking, industry events, and proactive sourcing strategies.
Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, candidate preparation, and feedback collection, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Offer Negotiation: Lead discussions regarding compensation, benefits, and employment terms, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to hire.
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
