Theodore Robins Ford is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lube Technician to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer vehicles receive timely and quality maintenance services, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and safety.
Perform routine oil changes and lubrication services according to company standards.
- Inspect vehicles for potential mechanical issues and report findings to service advisors.
- Recommend additional services to customers based on vehicle inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding service progress and needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance or as a lube technician preferred.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
- Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 - $20.00, paid bi-weekly.
