Passionate Leader Needed For Memory Care Community
Do you want to lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and promoting resident well-being? Located in Johns Creek, we are a 100% memory care community with a capacity for 44 residents. We're looking for an enthusiastic leader to design and lead the clinical care of our caring program.
Be A Resident Care Hero:
Lead our amazing care team to provide the most compassionate and professional care, meeting all the rules and making sure our residents are thriving.
Keep things in line with the Department of Community Health's regulations, always watching out for our residents' well-being.
Constantly tweak and improve how we care for our residents, from their activities of daily living to medication management.
Build strong bonds with our residents, their families, and the community around us.
Keep our care team motivated and feeling supported, like a big family.
Help everyone stay on track with their training and make sure we're following all the rules.
Be there for our residents whenever they need us, even after hours.
Enjoy free meals and training to keep growing.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role in long-term care, assisted living, personal care home, or skilled nursing
Proven track record of providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and some overtime
