Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for residents

Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents' physical and cognitive abilities

Design and implement individualized therapy plans to promote resident independence and mobility

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop treatment plans

Maintain accurate records of resident care and therapy sessions
