Group Facilitator- Behavioral Health

Schedule: Per Diem

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 / Hourly

As a Group Facilitator on our inpatient Behavioral Health team, you will lead meaningful therapeutic groups and activities that support patients on their path to recovery. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on trauma-informed care and positive outcomes.
In this role, you will help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for patients by:
Facilitating therapeutic groups and structured activities for inpatient behavioral health patients
Delivering trauma-informed, patient-centered programming that promotes recovery and engagement
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to align group content with treatment plans
Encouraging patient participation, emotional expression, and skill-building
Monitoring patient behavior and responding appropriately to ensure a safe environment
Documenting group participation and patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
Supporting a respectful, inclusive, and confidential care environment

You will report to the Director of Behavioral Health and partner closely with the Group Program Coordinator to ensure high-quality programming and patient care.
Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, counseling, psychology, occupational therapy, or a related field preferred

Prior experience working with behavioral health populations required, preferably in an inpatient setting
BLS (Basic Life Support) - Healthcare Provider required
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required within 30 days of hire
Basic computer and documentation skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
