Senior Strategist (Full-Time)

Senior Strategy Consultant Owns specific projects on strategic analysis, competitive research, and product/service evaluation. Inform division wide strategy and decision making by analyzing complex data, diagnosing business issues or opportunities, evaluating FAS's strategy compared to our competitors, and uncovering ways to improve advisor and investor outcomes across business offerings. Responsibilities: Drive strong business outcomes through accurate, high impact, data-driven analyses, and is comfortable with ambiguity. Create compelling storylines through which to deliver strategic, competitive, and product/offer analyses and recommendations to senior leaders. Participates in department-level planning for Vanguard, contributing insights derived from analysis and synthesis of the team. Conducts efficient and thorough analyses of substantial (i.e., Prepares and presents strategic analysis, findings, and recommendations to senior management (e.g., Works with senior management in the planning, development and execution of short and long range goals. Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience (Master's degree or PhD preferred). Minimum of eight years’ business experience, including significant experience in strategy consulting and financial analysis. Experience conducting strategy, competitive intelligence, market research, or business analysis within the financial advisory services, intermediary, wealth management, or investment management industry.To work for the long-term financial wellbeing of our clients.
