Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $23.06 per hour
• Shift: Monday-Thursday
• Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 40-hour workweek with three-day weekends!
• Union Position
• $0.50/hour raise upon permanent hire
• Additional $0.50/hour raise after 60 days

Job Responsibilities

Operate and assist with rubber milling and processing equipment

Load, move, and process rubber materials

Monitor production and inspect product quality

Maintain production standards and follow work instructions

Keep the work area clean and safe

Follow all company safety procedures and union guidelines

Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Perform additional production duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Ability to stand, bend, walk, and work throughout a 10-hour shift

Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
