Position Overview: As a Material Handler, you're a member of an assigned production crew, reporting to the Plant Warehouse Supervisor. You will contribute to the success of Ball by observing operating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.

Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices and policies including but not limited to food safety; personal protective equipment; Operate forklift and coordinate products including raw materials, scrap, finished goods, packaging materials, chemicals, and other supplies.

Effectively communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and customers.

Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications.

Required Experience & Skills: High School Diploma or education equivalent. 1 year of work experience in an industrial environment.

Preferred Experience & Skills: 3 or more years of operation and maintenance of forklift. Experience using JD Edwards, AS900, or similar warehouse or ERP system.

Climbing (stairs, catwalks, and other equipment as necessary).

Onsite Work Environment: This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
