Ensures customer service aspects of slot operations run smoothly.
Reports to: Operations Shift Manager/Director of Gaming Operations
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, Internal Controls and company and departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure proactive customer service, personally resolving customer problems as required.
Circulate the slot floor to make sure everything is clean and in working order.
Help push in chairs and empty cups when needed.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

~ High School diploma or equivalency certificate.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

Be able to comprehend basic mechanical slot machine functions & perform minor mechanical repairs such as bill jams, printer jams, etc. Well organized, produces legible and accurate paperwork & possess good cash handling skills. Willing and able to work non-traditional schedules, particularly nights and weekends. Strong customer service skills, personality, and orientation. Able to remain composed when dealing with irate customers. Generally, works indoors, repeatedly exposed to high noise levels & cigarette smoke (in casino), as well as high voltages on some equipment.
