The San Francisco office of LCW is seeking to hire a mid-level litigation associate to join its labor and employment practice. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of California with more than 5 years of experience in employment matters, including wage and hour, PAGA, and FLSA. Prior employment litigation experience is required. Drafting dispositive motions, including demurrers, anti-SLAPP, motions for judgment, and motions for summary judgment
