Are you someone with at least 10 years in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years at the Manager/Director level? Growth is everywhere in the business, operations and technology. You must want to work within a automation and forward thinking manufacturing and design engineering role. This position is considered the "top" engineering role in the company. This company and role is very collaborative, will have multiple different engineering areas underneath them, and will report to the C-Suite and owners directly.

The Director owns engineering portfolio and resource management across multiple disciplines and sites, leading through functional managers responsible for Design Engineering, Product Testing, and Fixture Engineering. This role includes direct leadership of the Fixture Design Engineering team and indirect oversight of broader engineering functions. The Director is accountable for building a scalable, disciplined engineering organization that supports long-term growth.

Ideal candidates should have a thorough knowledge of: Product & Production processes, ERP systems, Bill of Material structure (BOM) , CAD, Industrial and consumer products manufacturing, Automotive aftermarket industry, QA techniques, and tools such as statistical process control, 8-D problem solving techniques, product testing and an understanding of LEAN principles & organizational procedures.
