CNC Lathe Machinist We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce parts to exact specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes and product quality.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining principles.
Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection tools.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with G-code is beneficial.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
