Operate indoor floor scrubber machines when necessary.

• Assist with removal of furniture, appliances and debris from vacated apartments to dumpster or storage.
• Assist with snow removal operations, pond, fountain and/or pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Pick up debris at dog parks and/or other pet areas using personal protective gear such as gloves.
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units for move-ins when needed.
• Comply with all training requirements set forth for this position.

Will need to perform the following physical activities (66% to 100%).

• Bend/stoop/squat/kneel - Perform routine maintenance/repair duties such picking up debris.
• Climb stairs - Routine duties require access to upper floor apartments and interior apartments with multiple levels. Push or pull - Move equipment, appliances, and open/close doors.
• Reach above shoulders - Perform routine maintenance repairs, paint, stock, and remove equipment.
• Grasp/grip/turning and finger dexterity - Handle maintenance tools, nails, and open/close ladders, perform routine maintenance/repairs, use telephone, 2-way radio.
• Lifting/carrying (supplies, replacement parts, ladders, etc.).
• is often accomplished with assistance from one or more persons. Examples of heaviest items lifted include washers, dryers, air conditioning units, abandoned sofas, and refrigerators. Wear Personal Protective Gear such as provided back brace, when necessary.

Ability to read, write and understand English.

There may be an occasional need to utilize personal transportation to pick up replacement parts and supplies from vendors (1% to 33%).
# Must have a valid driver's license, insurance and car registration if driving for business purposes.

Constantly outdoors, in all weather conditions, often for extended periods of time (66%-100%).
Frequently indoors in all weather conditions that may make the environment uncomfortable (hot in summer, cold in winter).
