As an Experiential Producer, you own end-to-end production for assigned projects - translating creative ideas into real-world experiences. You balance creative problem-solving with operational precision, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

You are a key connector across creative, strategy, account, and production, responsible for aligning teams and managing vendors to bring complex activations to life.

Employment Structure
This role will begin as a temporary assignment with the strong potential to convert to a full-time position.

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple experiential activations.

Oversee fabrication, technical builds, permitting, and onsite operations.

Financial Management

Build and manage project budgets in partnership with leadership and finance.

Track invoices, payments, and reconciliation through project close.

Identify efficiencies and solutions to balance creative ambition with budget realities.

Partner with creative, strategy, and account teams to align production approach.

Seamlessly integrate into projects at various stages as needed.

Strong project and production management skills across multiple workstreams.

Financial fluency across budgets, scopes, and reconciliation.

Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Box, Asana, and related tools.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Availability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in office

The pay range for the freelance position is $1,750 - $2,000 / week. The pay range for a full time position is $82,000 - $95,000
